Lynnhaven Admission Process
- Intro Phone-call (Optional) - Speaking with our Dean of Enrollment & Innovation is a great opportunity for you to get to know us better, ask any questions you may have, and get a feel for our community.
- Schedule an In-Person Tour (Required) - During this 30-minute tour of the campus, you will meet 1:1 with our Head of School so that we can learn more about your student and discuss how Lynnhaven's program can support your student’s learning goals.
- Lynx for a Day (Optional) - Is a half-day event designed to provide prospective students with an opportunity to explore and learn more about the school and program. You will interact with faculty, staff, and current students, attend classes and presentations, student life, and experience learning at Lynnhaven.
- Application (Required) - Our application is designed to capture all of the information we'll need to make a decision. You can complete this step as soon as you are ready! Here are the things you’ll need to finish your application:
- Student created personal video for application. (2 min)
- Unofficial records of current and past grades, credit and testing from at least the last two years.
- Teacher/Mentor Evaluations (3 are needed) - To be completed by an academic teacher, advisor, administrator, coach, or mentor.
- Tuition Assistance Application (Optional) - Must be completed at the same time as the admissions application in order to be considered.
Receive Your Admissions Decision
Admissions decisions will be communicated at the end of our regular admissions window. We do admit and enroll students on a rolling basis, throughout the school year as space permits. No decision will be made until ALL application materials are received and processed with the admissions office.
2024-2025 School Year Admissions Important Dates
Applicants interested in priority admission for the 2024-2025 school year should submit their application by December 1, 2023. Priority admission decisions will be rendered on December 15, 2023.
