Lynnhaven School's Dr. Casey Hitchcock Selected for Getting Smart's Community of Practice

Henrico, VA — Lynnhaven School (TLS) is proud to announce that head of school, Dr. Casey Hitchcock, has been selected to join Getting Smart's Community of Practice, a prestigious group that brings together education leaders from across the country to support the growth and development of microschools. Dr. Hitchcock will be part of the "Assessments and Evaluations" community, where her expertise and innovative work at Lynnhaven School will contribute to advancing best practices in education.
This opportunity provides Dr. Hitchcock with a platform to collaborate with fellow microschool leaders and education innovators. Throughout the school year, they will explore new strategies and approaches to enhance educational outcomes and improve practices for diverse learners. As a member of this community, Dr. Hitchcock will have the chance to share insights from TLS’s successes and learn from other leaders who are also dedicated to driving excellence in education. In January, Dr. Hitchcock will travel to Atlanta, GA to meet as a collective and visit other microschools in the area.
