Lynnhaven School is pleased to offer a Dual Enrollment program in partnership with Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa. Through this opportunity, eligible students can earn college credit while completing their high school studies, without ever leaving the Lynnhaven campus.

Lynnhaven Dual Enrollment with Briar Cliff University

Briar Cliff University, located in Sioux City, Iowa, is a regionally accredited, degree-granting institution through the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. This accreditation confirms Briar Cliff’s overall degree-granting status and ensures the university meets rigorous academic and institutional standards.

Through this partnership, Briar Cliff University professors will teach Lynnhaven students virtually online, providing an authentic college-level learning experience while students remain supported by the Lynnhaven community. All official transcripts and college credits are issued directly by Briar Cliff University, not Lynnhaven School.

Briar Cliff University is also a member of the NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics), reflecting its commitment to student development through both academics and collegiate athletics.

Because Briar Cliff is regionally accredited, the college courses students take through Briar Cliff University are eligible to transfer to colleges and universities across the country, giving students a meaningful head start on their college journey and future academic goals.
