Daniela Fenwrick
New Head of School
Lynnhaven School is pleased to welcome Daniela Fenwrick as our next Head of School. With nearly 30 years of experience in education, family engagement, and nonprofit leadership, Daniela brings a steady, thoughtful presence and a deep commitment to student-centered learning.
Daniela officially assumes the role of Head of School in July 2026, following a transition period this spring.
A Leader Grounded in Relationships
Daniela’s career has been shaped by one guiding belief: schools thrive when strong, trusting relationships exist between students, families, and educators. An immigrant from Porto Alegre, Brazil, she brings a global perspective and a lifelong dedication to building inclusive, supportive learning communities.
Most recently, Daniela has served as a Center Director with YWCA Richmond, where she oversees operations and family engagement across multiple school locations. Her work has focused on collaboration, communication, and creating environments where both students and staff feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Daniela will be formally introduced to the Lynnhaven community at a Meet & Greet on January 23, 2026. We look forward to welcoming her into our community and beginning this next chapter together.
