become a lynx

Dear Future Lynx,

Selecting the right school is a crucial decision for any family. Lynnhaven provides a dynamic environment where students are challenged to learn, think, and grow both academically and personally. Our goal is to help stoke the inner flame of curiosity within students and to guide them into chasing those ideas and answering their own questions. We stress the importance of community, the value of individuality, and the ability to move within the world with confidence, responsibility and resilience. As a small school, Lynnhaven offers the distinct advantage of a close-knit environment where students are not just names on a roster but individuals who are seen, heard, and challenged.

It's a great time to be a Lynx!

See you soon,

Ms. Carter, Interim Head of School

Get to Know Us

We invite families to discover Lynnhaven. When you inquire, you will receive a personal phone call with our Head of School. Families can also request a tour where they will hear from our student ambassadors and sit down with our school leadership to discuss your student and answer any questions you may have. Families seeking more information are encouraged to attend an open house. This formal presentation is designed for families to learn more about our approach to teaching, meet faculty, and learn more about the application process. It is open to all prospective applicants and their family members. We encourage families to take advantage of these experiences to gain a deeper understanding of our school.
