Inclement Weather
Lynnhaven After School recognizes the vital need for dependable child care, particularly in inclement weather. In instances where Henrico County Schools close early due to adverse weather conditions, we will not provide childcare services. However, if the schools announce closures for the following or subsequent days, we are committed to opening our facility for families in need of child care. Our top priority is to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children, including assessing our ability to operate safely under challenging weather conditions. Effective communication is crucial in these scenarios, and we will actively use Class Dojo to keep parents updated on our operational status and any significant developments.
