Dual Enrollment Program
Lynnhaven School is partnering with Marymount University (Arlington,VA) to offer a Dual Enrollment program that launched fall of 2022. This is a first of its kind in the Richmond area!
Dual Enrollment allows students to fulfill a high school academic requirement while simultaneously earning college credit for a course at a substantially discounted rate. These courses are taught on our campus during the school day by Lynnhaven faculty members who have achieved adjunct faculty status at Marymount University. Credits are transferable to other colleges and universities, depending upon the school and its policies. Dual Enrollment students have the full use of campus online libraries and other academic tools provided by the university.
Current Courses Offered
2022/2023 School Year
English 101 - Composition I
English 102 - Composition II
History - 103 - The West and World I
History - 104 - The West and World II
Lynnhaven plans to extend the Dual Enrollment course offerings for the 2023-2024 school. If you want to learn more about the partnership with Marymount University, please visit the School News page for the press release.
