What does a student's schedule look like?
Students at Lynnhaven take three (3) - four (4) courses each semester, for a total of six (6) - eight (8) courses per year. On Fridays, students take exploratory electives like chess, or film study, and also have the opportunity to design their own learning experience. Students have the opportunity to take additional courses through our dual enrollment program.

Do you accept senior transfers?
Yes. Lynnhaven accepts applicants through the first day of a students fourth year. Mid-year transfers during a student's fourth year will be considered on a case by case basis.
Can a student enroll part-time?
Yes. Students who are homeschooled can apply to attend part-time for one course per semester. Those students are ineligible for explore, Friday electives, athletics, Voyager, and Camp Lynnhaven. Students not enrolled full time are also ineligible for a Lynnhaven diploma.
Is there a virtual/hybrid option?
No. Lynnhaven is built on the social learning experience.
